La Mesa Village 589 Homes, 41 Historic Renovations La Mesa Village is a 589-unit military housing community for military members attending the Naval Postgraduate School. Three of the six phases have been completed to date to construct 359 new homes and a 22,000 SF recreation center. The three- and four- bedroom homes will feature water conserving fixtures, smart wiring for Internet access and cable TV, and attached and detached two-car garages.
