Irwin/Moffett/Parks Military Housing 3,006 Military Homes on Three Sites The U.S. Army in partnership with Clark Pinnacle Family Communities LLC has created and executed a plan to renovate, replace, and construct military family housing communities for Fort Irwin, Moffett Airfield, and Parks Reserve Forces Training Area. The planned development will consist of approximately 3,000 new and replacement housing units that Clark Pinnacle will manage until 2047. PROJECT DATA
