Fort Benning Family Housing 3,667 Units of Housing for the Army The U.S. Army, Fort Benning, and Clark Pinnacle Family Communities LLC are working together to plan, operate, and construct military family housing communities for Fort Benning and Camp Frank D. Merrill, Georgia. The initial development plan, which spans six years, includes the demolition and replacement of 3,600 homes and and the refurbishment of approximately 540 existing homes, of which 500 are historically significant at Fort Benning. When complete, Clark Pinnacle will manage a total of 4,200 Fort Benning homes for the U.S. Army during the next fifty years.
